Your order

All prices on this site are in $NZ and include all tax charges. A currency converter calculator is on each product page in order to convert your currency to or from $NZ. All orders within New Zealand will be shipped to your door by NZ Couriers. ( We do not ship to a P.O Box ) and a signature will be required. If nobody is available you will need to contact your nearest NZ Couriers depot to make arrangements for an alternative delivery.All delivery orders outside New Zealand will be dispatched via International Air.
We endeavor to dispatch our orders in 3 to 7 days however, if the item is temporarily out of stock it can be within 21 days.

Shipping and handling costs on line.

• Within the Auckland Area ( Tuakau to Orewa) Shipping/packaging/handling is Free
• Within North Island shipping/packaging/handling is $6.00
• South Island shipping/packaging/handling is $12.00 per package

Exchanges/Returns
If for what ever reason the goods are not suitable. ( In some cases the goods have been bought as a gift ) we are happy to exchange the returned goods subject to the following:

• The good must be returned within 14 days with receipt.
• Be in the same new, unworn and unwashed condition with all labels and tags still attached.
• The original receipt/invoice enclosed with the goods.
